1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 92par platform, accessible at https://92par.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). 92par is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including browsers, registered account holders and any person accessing content on the Site. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "User", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by 92par subject to terms and conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and age.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering procedures applied to financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used as a local reference for transaction amounts where applicable.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction applied by or at the request of a User that blocks access to the Platform for a defined period.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 92par, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Age verification will be requested as part of KYC. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law without exception.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits gambling participation.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of 92par or any of its affiliated operators.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on 92par. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

As part of our KYC and AML obligations, we reserve the right to request the following verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header).
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy AML compliance requirements.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

5 Terms of Use

By using the 92par Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without our prior written consent.
• Access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any software or infrastructure forming part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its servers or networks.
• Upload, transmit or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing or exploitation of software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable AML regulations.

92par reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Suspected violations may result in account restriction, suspension or termination without prior notice.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92par are subject to the following general conditions. Specific limits, processing times and supported methods are detailed in the current platform documentation, which may be updated from time to time.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and vary by payment method. 92par does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must belong to the registered Account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification. 92par reserves the right to apply additional checks to withdrawals above defined thresholds as part of AML procedures.

6.3 Payment References. The following are referenced as locally familiar payment options for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 6.4 Currency. Where transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), amounts will be displayed and settled accordingly. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

92par may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Account holders only, subject to meeting any stated activity or deposit requirements.
• Each bonus will carry a stated wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements may differ between sports betting, live casino and slot products.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions are satisfied.
• 92par reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where operational or regulatory necessity requires it.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• If 92par determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements — it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• All bonus figures published on 92par (e.g., PKR 10,000 welcome bonus illustrations) are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. Illustrative figures in general content do not constitute offers.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 92par. Specific rules for individual games and betting markets are provided within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. 92par reserves the right to accept, limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incomplete or suspended events, bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

8.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, suspended or abandoned without a result being determined; if the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction; or if there is clear evidence of match-fixing or fraud affecting the relevant event.

8.3 Cricket, PSL & Live Sports. Live betting markets for Pakistan national cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and other domestic and international sports fixtures are subject to real-time odds adjustments. Bets accepted prior to an in-play event occurring are binding regardless of subsequent score changes, unless the event is voided under the rules stated above.

8.4 Esports. Esports betting markets are governed by the same general betting rules as sports markets. Additional esports-specific rules covering match formats, disconnections and result verification apply and are published within the relevant product section.

8.5 Casino & Live Dealer. Casino and live dealer game results are final and binding once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes refunded at 92par's discretion.

9 Responsible Gambling

92par is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its operations. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following player protection tools are available to all registered Account holders at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — define the maximum net loss permitted within a given period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for gambling sessions with pop-up reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend Account access for a defined short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely suspend Account access upon request to our support team.

Once a limit is set, increases to that limit will not take effect immediately — a mandatory review period applies to prevent impulsive decisions during play. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in, facilitating or being complicit in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corruption of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage in any product.
• Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or facilitate any unlawful financial transaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is explicitly prohibited, by using VPNs, proxy services or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 92par support.
• Registering multiple Accounts to abuse bonus or promotional offers.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92par Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and underlying code — is the property of 92par or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92par shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Interruptions to Service due to maintenance, technical failure or events outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92par's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by 92par. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that your continued use of the Platform presents a risk to 92par, other users or applicable regulatory obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Prohibited Conduct — shall remain in full force and effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing. 92par does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law for the purpose of gambling regulation, and does not assert that use of this Platform is lawful under Pakistani domestic law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable license jurisdiction, as determined by the operator. Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to seek relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in their own territory.

15 Amendments to These Terms

92par reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or prominent Platform notice at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
